1.) All stud fees are due and payable when the mare produces a live foal, changes ownership or is catalogued for public sale. All boarding charges are due prior to the mares departure from Kingsmen Equine.

2.) Neither Kingsmen Equine nor its employees shall be liable for any injury, disability or death suffered by any mare, or her offspring, from any cause whatsoever, while in the care, custody or control of Kingsmen Equine and the undersigned agrees to this condition and hereby waives and releases all and every claim for any and all loss, damages, claim or expenses(including attorneys’ fees) resulting from or arising in connection with any such injury, disability or death.

3.) I authorize Kingsmen Equine to keep the above information on file. Once semen order is placed and stallion is collected, the collection fee will be billed monthy.
